searching for new CDs to buy?
i love female jazz or blues vocalists, from old ella to stacey kent, jane monheit, diana krall, bebel gilberto, i even like popular music vocalist such as kt tunstall, fiona apple, joss stone, pink, michelle branch, etc. as long as the recording is good. i need new CDs!!! i am thinking getting feist (ipod commercial), can you recommend a few artist out side my list? the ones you thin absolute must-have?? I’m only interested in excellent female vocalists and good recording. thanks a bunch!!!
p.s. my setup is fisher tube amp, jensen speakers, all from the ’60s, even the cables are vintage. the only modern is the cd player. it is a wonderful setup for vocal music!

Queen Latifah just released a jazz/r&b/vocal album named Trav’lin’ Light that sounds very good. Also check out the one she released 2 years ago called The Dana Owens Album. It’s also a jazz cd.
